QI-Solutions® personnel are well versed in the requirements, methods and issues related to configuration management and Integrated Logistics Support. Our employees have maintained Combat Systems configurations for 12 aircraft carriers, tracking thousands of line items and providing ready and accurate reference for any and all inquiries; performed as System Administrators; designed or analyzed different sized networks; developed internet and web applications; and, developed data management software to support a variety of tasks. QI-Solutions® has an extensive background in Independent Verification & Validation for a wide range of systems including shipboard Combat Systems, Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) and information management systems. A high percentage of our work involves planning and executing Developmental and Operational Test and Evaluation (DT&E/OT&E) plans. This work involves thorough analysis of system requirements to ensure all specifications are met, as well as the creation and use of Verification, Validation and Accreditation of Modeling & Simulation tools which permit use of simulations to minimize DT&E/OT&E costs. We currently support the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) test activities on both the east and west coasts and have been recognized for the high quality of our work. In addition, Modernization activities and Performance Evaluation and Analysis are routine activities for our employees. We have Modeling & Simulation (M&S) experts with years of experience in the engineering and implementation of a variety of M&S tools. Our computer language experts have developed or supported web applications and network computing in support of both internal company and customer requirements.
