R&D Contractor Deliverable Management

The R&D Contractor Deliverable team is responsible for assuring that R&D contractors not only meet their Contract Data Requirements List but also submit their invoices and progress of their research in a timely manner.  The program analysts act as a liaison between the contractors and individual project managers.  They help the R&D project managers use their time more effectively by alleviating the paperwork part of the project enabling the project managers to focus on the technical details of the research.

The QI-Solutions Program Analysts have become the Subject Matter Experts (SME) for this area of work. This has lead to leadership opportunities to set standards, create effective processes and train government civilian employees on how to manage R&D case files.  The Program analysts have taken on roles such as facilitator on future “R&D Topic Discussions,” working with the R&D contractor to help them understand what they are accountable for, and helping that both the government and contractor have a “Win-Win” relationship.
