QI-Solutions®Employee is Commended by NSWC Dahlgren Division

Oxnard, CA, April 30, 2009 – Quality Innovative Solutions, Inc. announced today that Mr. Jeffrey E. Carlson received a letter of appreciation from NSWC Dahlgern Division, Mr. Donald L. Burnett, Head of Warfare Systems Department for the success of the Common Network Interface (CNI) Flight 0 Message Implementation Plan. This plan was a critical component in navigating the Navy data link certification process. Mr. Carlson was praised for his expertise in the areas of data link operations, computer program design, and evaluation. He was deemed instrumental in completing the design and installation and contibuting to the greater goals of open architecture system development in the U.S. Navy.

Mr. Carlson is currently supporting the Common Network Interface (CNI) project at the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Dam Neck – Virginia Beach, Virginia.  He develops test plan and procedures for Land Based Test Site (LBTS) engineering tests in several Live, Virtual and Constructive (LVC) environments, Navy Distributed Engineering Plant (DEP) events, live interface test events and Navy certification test events. Additionally Mr. Carlson provides technical representation during Integrated Product Team (IPTs) with Joint and Operational Units.
