Background/Experience: Act as a Technical Order Distribution Officer (TODO) for the AFRL, Edwards Air Force Base.  Coordinate, administer and streamline all TODO business processes related to the AFRL Technical Library.  Become the central point of reference for all Technical Order and Equipment Operation Manuals.  Process, update, and post all Technical Orders and Equipment Operation Manuals to the latest version.  Maintain and oversee Technical Order Distribution System (TDS) and Enhanced Technical Information Systems  (ETIMS)to assure that information is timely and accurate.  Provide reporting on TODO metrics, stability, success rates and other programmatic inquires, as requested by upper management.  Train account users and managers on proper handling, distribution, marking, and ordering of documents, use of the Technical Order Distribution System and management of their account.

Background/Experience:  Minimum of ten (10) years of Joint Fires or Joint Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (JISR) experience required.  Candidate must have experience integrating JISR with tactical level maneuver operations.  Must have experience in Joint Fires, Processing of Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) information.  Candidate must have military background experience in Joint Fires.  

Background/Experience:

  Minimum of eight (8) years of operational experience with the Navy's Command & Control programs.  Military experience as Operations Specialist, Fire Controlman, Electronics Technicians or other related operational experience required.  Must have good attention to detail, an analytical approach to problem solving and the ability to work well as part of a team or independently.

Background/Experience:
Support all aspects of engineering/interoperability testing for the tactical data link (TDL) capabilities of the Aegis Combat Systems. TDL experience must include Link 16, Link 11, and multi-link data forwarding. Support includes planning for test events; reviewing technical documentation; developing test procedures; operating data link simulators, link monitoring systems, and other test tools; supporting test conduct; and documenting test results. Experience is required in military TDL architectures and/or interfacing shipboard Combat Systems is required.
May require frequent travel to various locations world-wide to provide technical and operational support and attend planning and/or technical meetings - sometimes on short notice. Military experience as Operations Specialist, Fire Controlman, Electronics Technician, or other related operational experience. Must have good attention to detail, an analytical approach to problem solving and the ability to work well as part of a team or independently.

Background/Experience: Ten (10) years experience in development, integration and testing of database software or scripting languages. Five (5) years experience developing radar and EW simulation analysis tools. Experience in the development and application of advanced methods, theories and programming techniques to design, code, and document software programs and prepare, maintain, test, and evaluate systems programs for complex EC/EW/ASE systems and subsystems.

Background/Experience:

Minimum of ten (10) years experience in performing research, development, test and evaluation (RDT&E) activities that include hardware and/or software engineering support for development, integration, test, evaluation, and analysis of hardware and software tools in a laboratory environment.
