Measurement Facilities, Range and Instrumentation Support 3.15

QI-Solutions’ Team applies engineering, analytical, and technician disciplines in the operation and support of measurement facilities, ranges and instrumentation used for testing, evaluating, experimenting, and exercising platforms and systems. Our team supported the in-service engineering agent mission for tactical and non-tactical computers and display systems for the Navy, as well as development of future capabilities for fleet commands in the Tidewater area. Personnel headquartered from Oxnard have supported multi-site electronic links with the Norfolk Naval Base, NSWC Dahlgren, NAWC Patuxent River, Eastville Tower, and ACSC/SCSC Wallops Island, providing a broad range of electronic signals for joint testing and training in the adjoining Virginia Capes Operating Area (VCOA). Further connectivity exists among Dam Neck, Newport News Shipbuilding, Reedville Tower, and Virginia academia facilities to allow joint cooperative testing, training, and research. Our team has technical combat system related experience and has supported test events at contractor and Navy facilities for SSDS Mk 2 Mod 0 and 1 programs, including Developmental Testing (DT), Combat Systems Integration Testing (CSIT), Combat Systems Ship Qualifications Trials (CSSQT), Factory System Integration Test (FSIT), Formal Integration Test (FQT), and System Integration Test (SIT).
