Oxnard, CA, February 2, 2010 – Quality Innovative Solutions Inc.^SM  announced today that they have received approval for Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) Direct Billing.  With this authorization, the company is now permitted to directly submit public vouchers on Government contracts without the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) advance approval.

The authorization is contingent upon the continued (1) maintenance of adequate billing system internal controls for the preparation of public vouchers and (2) submission of incurred cost proposals and final vouchers in accordance with FAR 52.216-7, Allowable Cost and Payment contract clause.  DCAA will continue to review the company’s procedures for preparing public vouchers as part of their ongoig surveillance of the company’s billing system.
