Management Administrative Resources Services (MARS) contract to provide a myriad of administrative, technical and financial services supporting funds control, budget execution, reconciliation support; information management support, graphics support, small business innovation support, personnel, and military training support. QI-Solutions® is the prime contractor with New Directions Technologies, Inc., Ridgecrest, CA as our subcontractor.
Work under this contract includes a one year base period and 1.5 year extension options.
