The Betty Siferd Support Award was awarded to the AFRL Clarity Integrated Product and Process Management (IPPM)Transition team at Wright Patterson AFB Air Force Research Laboratory annual Awards Banquet.  The Betty Siferd Support Award recognizes an individual or team who demonstrates the most outstanding support in improving an engineering, administrative, contractual or financial project or process that enhances the ability of the Directorate to accomplish its mission. 

Ms. Winter Preciado, as part of the IPPM, led the AFRL-West team through the arduous task of data mapping, conversion and integration of legacy information into the current version of Clarity. Ms. Preciado assumed the position as task lead and soon became the subject matter expert on Clarity representing AFRL at Edwards Air Force Base.  Ms. Preciado is a member of the QI-Solutions® Management and Administrative Resources Support (MARS) Contract team working for QI-Solutions® sub-contractor, New Directions Technologies Inc. (NDTI).  Ms. Preciado is continuing in her role as a Program Analyst for the Programs Office and as the Clarity Resource Manager, providing training and assigning access to AFRL personnel including; engineers, scientist, civilian personnel and administrative support.
